Venue Update:
We’re absolutely heartbroken to share that our pontoon at London Royal Docks has suffered catastrophic damage following the recent severe weather. All swim sessions are cancelled until further notice, whilst a salvage operation gets underway.
We know this is devastating news. For so many of you, our venue is about far more than swimming. It’s a place of connection, routine, calm, and support. A space that has helped people manage their mental health, find community, and feel grounded through all seasons. We deeply understand how significant this loss feels, and we’re truly sorry for the impact this will have on you.
Please know that we are working tirelessly with all relevant parties to understand the next steps. While we don’t yet have clear timelines, getting our community back together safely is at the heart of every conversation we’re having.
If you have an existing booking, a refund will be issued shortly. No action is required from you.
