How do I set up an account for my child / children?

You can set up an account for your child or children from within ACTiO.  You can set up child accounts in 2 ways:

If you have your own NOWCA account already

• Login to ACTiO  
• Select Manage Child Accounts
• Select Register Child
• Complete the form for your child and save this information
• Navigate back to Manage Child Accounts and select Pay Membership Fee next to the childs name
• If you add multiple child accounts, you will need to pay each membership fee separately

If you don't have a NOWCA account, you can create a Parent Profile and set up child accounts.  This option is for those that do not wish to swim themselves but wish to create accounts, pay membership and book for their child / children.  

If you wish to swim yourself, you should choose Create a Profile for yourself first and pay the membership fee, then follow the instructions to set up child accounts.

Create a Parent Profile

• From the Home screen: 
• Select Create Parent Profile
• Complete the parent registration form
• Navigate back to Manage Child accounts (see above)
• Select Pay Membership Fee (next to the childs name)
• If you add multiple child accounts, you will need to pay each membership fee separately
