You can purchase credit packages at Love Open Water venues for selected activities.
To check if your local LOW venue offers credit packages, login to the ACTiO app or use the desktop version
- Choose the venue
- Underneath Available Activities there will be an option to Book Now or Buy 10 Credits
Credits are currently only available in blocks of 10.
* When you purchase a credits package, it is for a particular activity at a particular venue. You can not use credits purchased at one venue, at another Love Open Water venue.
* You can only make use of your credits if your NOWCA membership is valid (paid annual membership fee).
* Credits are non-transferrable
* We do not 'expire' credits at Love Open Water venues. They will remain on your account and are able to be used as long as you have a current NOWCA membership.
* If you mistakenly purchase a credits package at a Love Open Water venue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you haven't used any of the credits to book a swim.
* We do not offer partial refunds on unused credits.
