Do I need to pre-book at LOW venues?

Yes, all swimmers are required to have a booking before they turn up to swim at one of our venues.

Pre-booking is essential for a number of reasons:

  • If a session is busy, we can arrange to roster extra staff and release additional timeslots / increase the limit per timeslot
  • Some venues have limits on the number of swimmers allowed at the venue at a given time.  If you do not pre-book and turn up at the venue, you may be turned away
  • We swim outdoors and different environmental factors dictate if it is safe to swim.  If we need to cancel a session, we can ensure you are informed as early as possible
