The list of FAQ's on the site is quite comprehensive. Simply type a few words into the search bar and you will be given a list of HELP articles.
If you can't find your answer, submit a ticket with your query and the team will come back to you asap.
Our general response time is within 24 hours though during the busy summer season, it may take us a little longer.
We are a small team and do not offer phone support. As our venues are mostly operating as 'pop' up venues with temporary infrastructure, we do not have landlines onsite. All queries should be directed to the team via our website.
