Can I cancel my booking at a Love Open Water venue?

If you wish to cancel your booking, the standard cut-off for Open Water Swimming is 48 hours prior to the day of your booking.

For example:

You have booked a timeslot on Friday > you may cancel up until midnight on Tuesday

To check if you can cancel your booking:

Login to the ACTiO app or browser version https://actio.nowca.org/

Select PROFILE (bottom right of screen)

Select the Refund button for the booking you wish to cancel

** Please note that special activities, events and coaching may have different policies

** If you cancel an activity booking, a credit will be applied to your account.  The credit can be used to rebook the same activity/venue only.

** If you cancel a booking for a paid event, you will be issued a refund minus the booking fee.
